Shipping Policy
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@lemogadorfaitmain.com.
Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 business days from purchase pending availability and credit verification.  Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 4 - 6 business days of its ship date.
Please note that international shipments will arrive 4 - 5 days later than normal. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs. 

Le Mogador is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

Le Mogador is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to help rectify any situation we can.

Return Policy
We will accept returns within 7 days for a return / exchange upon delivery. A return label will be provided. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at info@lemogadorfaitmain.com if you have any concerns around getting your product returned back to us. We will be happy to help!

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe dust bag is an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

Once the return is submitted, the customer should send the package within 5 business days of receiving the return label.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES) ARE FINAL SALE ONLY AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

ITEMS ON SALE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE FOR ANY ITEM ON SALE, OR WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE APPLIED.

EXCHANGES ARE FREE OF CHARGE AND A LABEL WILL BE PROVIDED. ONLY ONE EXCHANGE IS ALLOWED.

A RESTOCK FEE OF $25 USD WILL BE CHARGED FROM THE REFUNDED AMOUNT ONCE THE RETURN IS COMPLETE.

AFTER A RETURN IS REQUESTED, THE CUSTOMER HAVE 7 CALENDAR DAYS TO DROP THE PACKAGE TO THE CLOSEST POST OFFICE. PAST THE 7 DAYS, THE RETURN WON'T BE ACCEPTED.
